REASONS FOR COMPLAINT
In the following cases:
The delivery of the items that have not been ordered
The delivery of items with material defect

The complaint can be addressed to us either by email or by phone +381 34 826 555
We are obliged to make a decision regarding Buyer’s complaint within 7 days of receipt and respond to it by notifying Buyer either verbally or in writing.
ITEM REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS
When returning or replacing the item, it is to be packed in the original package and dispatched to the address stated below. When being returned, all the items MUST BE in the original condition. Otherwise, there will be no returns. If Buyer does not return the original item within the deadline, we reserve the right to not dispatch new item / refund any costs.
On that occasion, please spell your address correctly because otherwise no returns will be possible.
