Flavor is full, extremely fruit, refreshing, balanced. Fruit sweetness and acids pervade and melt into a clear, potable long-lasting ending. Fine, harmonious wine, with elegant finesse of sort and climate.
Great with seafood, white fish, white meat and ideal with: shrimps, langustini, sturgeon; boiled beef entrecote, beef ribs, Wiener schnitzel, roast veal, tripe, soft cow's milk cheese, goat cheese, cambozola, apenceler.
